Care Instructions

I use high quality epoxy resin in all my art and products.The resin used is food contact safe and heat resistant for durability and functionality. It's still recommended to only use products for warm or cold foods.

Please do not cut on resin. Prolonged exposure to direct hot sunlight can impact colour over time and integrity. Do NOT put products in oven, microwave or dishwasher. Please hand wash with warm soapy water and non abrasive sponge. 

Will my art look exactly like the pictures on your website?

A: Please note that there may be slight variations between the art piece and the images from your computer monitor. Custom orders may also slightly vary in colour. Micro air bubbles and micro particles can appear in the final product - this cannot be 100% avoided and is apart of the unpredictable nature of resin. They are handmade and all imperfections and perfections are apart of the artistry.  

When will I receive my order?

A: All premade orders are posted within 1 to 3 business days via Australia post. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for metro delivery Australia Wide and check your tracking information. Delivery for custom orders can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days depending on the order. Please contact us for an approximate timeframe prior to placing your order. 

How do I track my order?

A: Once posted, all orders including intonational orders are fulfilled with tacking numbers, so you can stay updated on when you'll receive your order. 

What if I want to return my order?

A: I accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are asked to send artwork back with a tracking number and in original packaging. Orders that return damaged or used may impact the refund or amount that is refunded. Please email first with any concerns as its my priority to ensure ALL customers are happy with their artwork.

Are you a sustainable artist?

A: I try my best to minimise my footprint by reusing used packaging with orders so nothing goes to waste. I also take care while creating my art and reduce my wastage with reusing cups, silicone spatulas and molds. I've been known to create new artwork using old resin drip off waste as I find beauty in repurposing unlikely things.

A: I am currently doing Markets throughout the year in different locations depending on the season. Please follow me on my socials to keep up to date and informed on all my market stalls!
